Taskly is an early MVP. These terms are short on purpose — here's what you agree to when you use it.

It's an MVP

Taskly is under active development. Things may break, change, or disappear. We may shut it down or pause it at any time, without notice. Don't use it as your only system of record for anything important.

AI can make mistakes

Our AI tries to extract tasks from what you send, but it's not perfect. It might miss a deadline, guess the wrong date, or invent a task that doesn't exist. Always review the extracted tasks before saving them. Don't rely on Taskly for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or older to sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for your account.
• One person per account. Don't share logins.

Your content

What you send to Taskly stays yours. By using the app, you give us permission to store it, process it with AI, and show it back to you. Nothing more.

Don't be a jerk

Please don't use Taskly to:

• Upload illegal content, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Break the app, spam it, or try to access other users' data.
• Harass anyone.

If you do, we may close your account.

No warranty

Taskly is provided "as is." We don't promise it will work perfectly, always be available, or be free of bugs. We're not liable for any losses caused by using it or relying on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use Taskly means you accept the new version.
